Have you ever tried body cleansing?

I am interested in body cleansing. I looked up on the internet about it and there is so many products out there. A lot of people say you should be careful because some don't work and some can really mess you up. They can be pretty expensive, but doing it is suppose to be good for you. Plus you can lose like 15 lbs. and you just fell better afterwords. I think the only drawback for me is not knowing which one to take and also things that happen during the process. They show you pictures on the sites and it can be pretty scary...lol Have you tried any good cleansing systems? Do you do it every so many months? How do you feel after doing it?
