I had to laugh

I was looking at an online medical newsletter and noticed one of the articles had to do with vitamin B12 deficiency (one of my ailments) so I decided to read the article. It started out well, but when listing symptoms it mentioned, not once but twice, "leaky guy syndrome".
Not quite the same thing!
Then it descended into grammatical errors and ended up being almost useless. I say "almost" because it at least provided me with a laugh.

Sometimes a person has to wonder. First what is leaky guy syndrome. Don't have a clue on that one. You would think when a place especially a medical newsletter they would make sure that the letter would have no grammatical errors. Well, at least you got a laugh out of it so I guess that is something.

What they meant was "leaky gut syndrome"... increased permeability of the gut wall to toxins, microbes, undigested food, waste... that sort of thing.
Leaky guy syndrome brings to mind someone who just can't hold his water...
