I had to laugh  

I was looking at an online medical newsletter and noticed one of the articles had to do with vitamin B12 deficiency (one of my ailments) so I decided to read the article. It started out well, but when listing symptoms it mentioned, not once but twice, "leaky guy syndrome". Not quite the same thing!

Then it descended into grammatical errors and ended up being almost useless. I say "almost" because it at least provided me with a laugh.
