hi all! food is an important part of human life. without food, we die. we give so much importance to food that it has become even an integral part of our cultures. and since there are hundreds of thousands of different cultures, food from these cultures have developed into unique culinary delights. one such example is japanese food. because of japanese culture, their location near the sea, and such, a lot of japanese food has been prepared and eaten there. and because of the uniqueness (such as eating raw yet tasty fish) and taste (even cooked foods such as sukiyaki, tempura and teriyaki taste kinda unique compared to other cooked foods around the world) of japanese food, they have gained popularity worldwide. in my case, i like five japanese food: sushi, sashimi, teriyaki, katsudon and gyudon. i like the fresh taste of sushi and sashimi. teriyaki, katsudon and gyudon taste very unique, yummy and very satisfying. in your case, what's your favourite japanese food? thanks and happy mylotting!

Hi MazdaKid, I like Japanese as you do, I love all the Japanese food, all you mention I like it. Sushi(salmon(raw or cooked), prawn, cuttlefish, octopus, scallop, salmon roe). Sashimi(especially salmon, prawn, cuttlefish, octopus, scallop, oyster). Teppanyaki, miso soup, Japaneses tea, noodle( ramen, udon), wasabi, tempura, I never try sake before, but my friend did. I haven't try katsudon and gyudon, I will get it next times when I go to eat japanese food.
