Does your bread jam get soggy in the tiffin?

I love to carry bread and jam in my tiffin? But it gets soggy in the tiffin. So I somehow do not like to eat that. To come up with this problem suggest me something? One of my friends have suggested that I can use butter on the slices and then apply jam. It helps in breads not getting soggy. If yuo have any other suggestions, please share!!
