I do go out on my mountain bike, especially at the weekend. What I do is not for competition but rather for just getting away from it all. Mostly I visit villages located outside the city where I live. It's so nice to meet villages. They like to greet people. They seem honest and nice to talk to. Many people in my city bike in a group of 10 to 20 people. When they are tired, they just pull up and rest for a couple of minutes.
