should i go?

..I'm in a very difficult problem lately.. When I got my salary, I was a little shocked because I didn't get my net.. I am wondering why.. then I was informed that my Daily time record was not accurate and that one of my indirect superior was saying that there was a time when they were looking for me and I am nowhere to be found.. I was really shocked by this because i know honestly that I reported on time.. I time in and time out at the right time.. and I never went out of my office without asking permission from my boss.. They are making issues out of me and I'm hurt because I know myself that I was doing the right thing.. As if I don't like to stay in this company anymore.. people are doing everything to keep me out.. issues about me started last year and I had always been winning but then, I'm thinking if i'd better look for another job since my reputation is being ruined here already.. What do you think? please advise me.. thank you in advance..
