Hi marketing,
I have no idea about any cream, maybe she can try whitening lotion! when I was in College, I used to rub my skin with "calamansi",but I also stopped! Just heard it from friend but I have no idea how effective it is!

While taking bath, she should rub her elbows and knees well with loofah. You can also try whitening creams used for face. You can try this also, take little milk on a piece of cotton wool, rub it regularly everyday. This can also lighten the skin.

Hi Marketing, Try lemone juice, it is a natural lightner but can be drying so get her to moisturise after. Huggles. Ellie :D

Avon used to make a lotion that you rubbed on and just kept rubbing. It would rub all the dry discolored skin off and leave your skin feeling soft and soothed. I can't remember what the name of it was, but if they still make it any Avon dealer would know.
My great grand daughter has this problem and my daughter did some research into the problem. This and a dark ring around the neck that looks dirty seem to be signs that the person is susceptible to diabetes, so she might want to have a diabetes test done too.
