Why is it when you are looking for something..........

that you can't find it. But when you are not looking for that particular item it's right infront of you?

Anyone experience this more often than not?

I've been looking for my DD's fundraiser form. There were two parts I sent one with dh to his job and I kept the other for my job & the neighbors. I've been looking like a crazy woman to find the portion I had. I remember I had it last here on my computer armoir and then it was like**POOF** I'm like I"m I going senile or what here? But sometimes I forget what I do with things when the kids are bugging me and I can't remember what I was doing before they drove me batty. But since I wanted to get things straightened out for finding and sorting this mess of a desk... it dawned on me to check the opening under the armoir & sure enough that's where it was & I've been looking around for 3 days. Darn kids probably knocked it down and kicked it under the desk*sigh* I'm glad I found it though & I found 2 other things I was looking for also;0)
