Why are there no good movies any more????

I finally watched tropic thunder and made it through about 20 minutes. I tried to watch my best friends girl and made it about 10 minutes. I watched the changeling and just was not impressed. I have watched so many new movies in the last couple of months and I am just BORED! What the heck is going on?? Is it that they do not have more ideas? no good actors?? or just in too big of a hurry to get movies out whether they are good or not??

There is no good movies anymore because #1 - they are running out of ideas because everything has been already done and #2 - movie makers don't care about the art anymore, they just want to make as much money as possible.

I agree with you. There is no creativity in their work. Another reason is all they concerned about publicity.

People have become too lazy nowadays to think of their own so they just copy the old movies and make them new which makes it boring as the story presented in the movies are all the same which you have already seen in the past days. Some people even say they nowadays the writers are out of the stories to be made.You can rarely see new stories these days otherwise all are just the remake. Specially the Indian movie producers of bollywood just copy the movies of Hollywood and Korean movie industries which just make its a copy producer.
