..here in the Philippines, politicians are pushing a law on making death penalty as a sentence of those who have committed heavy crimes including possession of illegal drugs.. are you for or against death penalty? why yes or why not? please.. i need your ideas and opinions because my sister will be having a debate in school.. thank you very much in advance..
