What is your bedtime?

I know that we're mostly 'grown ups' but I would imagine most of us still have a bedtime, even though no one enforces it anymore. Do you go to bed at the same time every night like clock work or is your bedtime all over the map? I am usually in bed by about 10 or 10:30. Every now and then I will go to bed at like 8 just as a treat.

My bed time is very random. I work strange hours, somtimes starting at 2 am, sometimes starting at 6pm and on the weekends I can start at 3am, 8am, 10am, midday, 2pm, 4pm or 8pm. That's the crappy thing about working in emergency! I have no sleeping pattern, I just grab sleep whenever I can. In fact I start at 6pm tonight so I'm going home now to get me a couple hours of z's.

Oh my, I could not handle that! I would absolutely collapse in a heap and end up in emergency!

Hi Jesssp, my bedtime would be around 10 or 11pm, if there is nothing else to do, then I will go to at that time. If I am watching movies, then I will be around 12 to 1am go to sleep.

If we're watching a movie I'll stay awake a little longer too, but for the most part 11 pm is as late as it gets for me during the week!

I try my best to get to bed before 10. I have to get up everyday at around 6-6:30 and if I sleep later than 10, I feel really sleepy the next morning. If the next day is a weekend, I don't really care what time I sleep because I'm gonna wake up late the next day anyway.

I'm all over the place on the weekends too. I can't help but sleep in, I actually look forward to it all week!

I usually go to bed at twelve. I do not sleep very well, so I like to be very tired when I go up. I have to read though to drop off.
