There are plenty of programmes around but it will do you no good unless your playstation has been 'chipped'
Just a quick tip about discussions, always put tags on them because when people search, they search on tags. After about an hour or so your discussion topic will be somewhere else than other on the first page. By adding tags you have a much better chance of your discussion being seen.
