Nunchaku practicing

I was looking for instructions myself. I found this video: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/1559425/learn_how_to_use_nunchuck_just_5_mins/ It doesnt suggest u can learn it in 5 mins, but it goes through some fairly cool moves. Its not easy to learn, ive spent 2 days on this vid, and im still on the 2 move where you switch from one side to the other, but its pretty well explained, and the guy doesnt go crazy like they do in other videos (you know what i mean, so fast you cant see whats going on)
