no, I am afraid not.
I used to play tennis at school,it charge a little .
but if you play tennis out of campus, the charge is expensive.
so, try to find a school which contain a tennis court and require a little fees.

in the united states we have community parks that can have tennis courts, but they are sometimes poorly maintained such as low news and trashy courts. i have courts nearby that a very nice, plus a clay court, but those cost a fee to use per hour. i mostly have hard courts here

yes, are free tennis courts in our country..maybe those places that require fees in our area, are those private areas to play tennis,..there are no fees to play tennis in our place, since we have a public place we can play tennis..especially the sports area that each town creates for their constituents..
