New year's Eve is comming

It's another 3 hours 45 minutes to Chinese New Year here in SIngapore and I am here on Mylot at my granny's house where it is the once a year renuion dinner. I don't celebrate Chinese New Year at all and well, I am kind of feeling bored as my mother forced me to celebrate this year. Oh well . Anyway, I would not bore you with the details as I know that there are many who still valued this traditional celebration even though I don't. Here, I wish you a Happy Chinese New Year and may you enjoy this 15 days of New Year thorougly! What are you planning to do for the New Year?

hi ktosea! happy chinese new year to you, too! our neighborhood is pretty noisy, because we live in the chinatown part of our city. it is pretty cool, too, that this year, the filipino-chinese in our area have made a big celebration and put it here where most chinese families still live. a few years ago, it was held at the public plaza downtown. but now, it is here in our vicinity and we can see the fireworks and hear the concerts from where we live. it is pretty exciting. this has been a dull part of town for several years. now, it is alive and pulsating! hehhe take care and God bless you! happy mylotting!
