Good Shows that got Cancelled

Cardcaptors. I loved the simple anime show with all my heart. I'm also depressed that this is the final season for the simpsons. I grew up watching these shows and i'm going to miss them terribly when there gone:(

i miss the show called friends but i do have all the seasons of them and charmed

I liked that show Freaks & Geeks and was disappointed when it was canceled. It was similar to The Wonder Years, a show I loved.

I was also upset when they canceled the new version of the Twilight Zone. I don't think the show was that great really, but I love the original Twilight Zone and I'm glad to watch similar shows, even if they are poor imitations.

Arrested Development!!! I just bought the series on tv. I didnt watch it until after it was cancelled and was like WOAH!!!Wonderfalls sounds interesting.

I miss Picket Fences. To my knowledge the do not even show reruns of the show. i sure would watch it if I was home. Another one I liked was Grace Under Fire although once in awhile they will run reruns on that. Also missed Becker, Cheers and Frazier, but all of those do show some reruns about once a day or at least once a week. Peaceout and blessings

I did not get to watch a lot of the first season of Jericho but what I saw of it I liked. My husband really liked this show and watched all the episodes. All ratings pointed to it was doing great so we both were really shocked when they canned it. When they canned it I never did go back and catch up on the parts I had missed.

I was also upset this year as the Shield came to a close. I got involved in this show back around season 2. I liked it well enough that I caught the first season when they aired season 3. I was addicted. From that point on I watched closely for the upcoming season. They discussed ending it sooner and decided to prolong it for one final season. They promised that the Shield would end in a way no fan could forget. I HATED it! Absolutly HATED it! I think it could have ended better but then again I am a person who likes to see happy endings. The way it ended there is also not much of a way they can change their mind and do another season. Shane killed himself and his whole family. Ronnie took the fall and went to prison for the crimes commited by the strike team. Vic walked away free from all his crimes but alone with no family, no friends, and stuck behind a desk. The ending was great on some levels but just not how I wanted it to end. I never felt pity for Shane until these final episodes and I still felt he should pay for what he did to Lem but he killed his WHOLE family not just Shane died. I liked Ronnie I did not want to see him rot in a jail cell alone for the complete Strike Team. Vic I had always liked dirty or not but the last episode left me feeling less favorable of him because of how he gave Ronnie up to take the fall while he walked away. I do understand however it was for his family but that still just does not make the measure of the man. I kept hoping he would figure out he had been set up and fix it before he made the mess he did but it didn't happen. The Shild was one great Show from Season 1 right on through Season 7 and I am going to miss it!

They can't seem to decide what they want to do with Jericho. They cancel it then bring it back then cancel it again. I gave up on trying to watch it because of that.

I've already responded to a similar discussion but I have thought of some other shows.... Beautiful People. It was on ABC Family for two seasons and then never came back for a third. It was about a girl named Sophie from New Mexico who got accepted to a super elite creative arts high school in New York City, where she discovers there are two kinds of people in the school. Her kind, the scholarship kids who have to work twice as hard to stay in school and the "Beautiful People" who belong to rich, artist families. Daphne Zuniga played Sophie's mom and Grant Show was her dad (remember when they were a couple on Melrose Place?) And Jackson Rathbone was her beautiful boyfriend, both literally and in terms of the show's title. That's where I discovered him and he's why I went to see Twilight in the theater hehe

And yes, Dead Like Me was a great show! I have a huge crush on Callum Blue, the guy who played Mason. Now he's on a Showtime show with Billie Piper from Doctor Who, called Secret Diary of a Call Girl (Billie is the call girl, Callum is her not-John)
