Okay so I used to work for Geek Squad how about anyone else? Best Buy is a great company to work for and I know alot of people don't like the Geeks but they are a pretty great service. The main problem people seem to have with them is following the outlined rules of the service agreements and such. Everyone would complain when there damage wasn't covered or what not but if they had just looked into the service contract a little more they would have known...oh well.
