I would recommend NoExpiry. Its a paid to Post forum. The payment is done via Paypal and some other payment processors also.

Pay per post is 3 cents(unlimited)
Pay per new thread is 4 cents(10 per day)
Payout is $12

You can request the payment on 10th to 12th and you will get it on 15th of every month.

As we have unlimited posts per day, we could earn very easily. During weekends we can even make $5 per day. Its possible actually.

My recommendation would be Neobux. Payments are made through paypal or alertpay. This is one of the trustworthy PTC sites. I have received payment from them through paypal and it was instant, within minutes the amount was in my paypal account.
