It Looks VERY STRANGE...having all that space when before....  | | | |  There was my desktop computer and the older big monitor, not a flat one. All of that space...free now looks odd but good.
My brother-in-law has an iMac and his is giving him problems. I told my husband to take my desk top over and let him use it until his gets fixed.
My brother-in-law is homebound and needs his link to the outside world. It also keeps him in on the know with family by reading the bloggs and websites we are on.
I know what it's like to be without the one and only thing you have that keeps you sane, our computers.
I'm more than glad to let him use mine as long as he needs it.
Now I have all of this empty space. I think I'll leave it this way. Just straighten up a bit and leave it be.
How about you....Do you have new found space? Something has been moved and you find more space than before.

It turned out that it was my power supply on the desk top and they fixed it. We thought it was the hard drive had went out in the other one. SO now I have both for use. .... | |  It was very nice of you to loan your PC to your brother-in-law. My computer desk is a little messy and crowded. The desk itself only contains necessary items but I am surrounded by others, that mean something to me. For example, a lovely myLot friend (you know who you are, guybrush ) knows how much I love orangutans and my little orang, that she sent as a birthday present, is precious to me and sits on my tower. Likewise, Dr Who, K9 and the TARDIS, also precious, sit on a chest of drawers beside my PC. Paddington Bear has been my mate for over 25 years so, he stands happily on my computer desk. While I would like a bit of extra space, my special treasures are closeby.

| | lol, another thing we have in common Pisces. I also have many things on or around my desk that were given to me, by my grandchildren and my husband. I have something that tattylashes sent to me when it's not around my neck on a chain I have it on my desk. If you saw the picture you may see drawing from my grsnd-daughter and other things there. I need a push pin board on the wall as I have many things pinned tot he wall so I can see them and they don't get mixed in with everything else. I can look up and just see them.
