Scream 4 will be out in 2010!!

I'm sick of sequels. Certain movies don't need 3 or 4 sequels. Like the saw series. I have never seen one of them from beginnig to end, but from what I can tell it's all the same thing over and over. A bunch of people get trapped or loured into a house and locked into a room, and they die. It was the same with Hostel. alot of these movies are just turning into straight gore. It's nothing I want to sit and watch. I was happy with the 1st scream movie. There was really no need to make any more after that. I'm not intersetsed in seeing Courtney Cox or any other actors make a cameo. I'm not interested in this movie at all. I think the more sequels you make with these scary movies, the worse they get. Alot of these movies just get more silly than anything. Final destinatin was a good example for me. I saw the 1st two. I saw the 2nd one in the movie. And after watching it, the drive home was a little nervous for me and my friends LOL. Thinking of all the possible things that could happen. But then they did a 3rd one a few years back, and I didn't even bother. More people dying in crazy accidents. It's the same story all over. Some kid see's accidents before they happen, and half if not all of the supporting cast is going to die.

I love the Scream Trilogy and I think they will just ruin this series by adding a fourth sequel. I mean, it was concluded pretty well already, there's no need to milk the franchise of all the potential it has. I think it has exhausted all of it already during the third and supposed-to-be FINAL sequel. * sigh * Maybe they're just trying to revive the slasher film genre. Maybe it got killed by Ghostface too. LOL.
