Are your faults showing? Shushhhh noone will see

It is but natural that everyone of us though unintentionally hide our infirmities and shortcomings before the public.True character of any person is not revealed in his outwardly behavior no matter how he/she mingles with fellow beings.

Ok, that is about a man, What about a women!!! LOL, just kidding. So, if I make an error, is it possible that others won't see because whenever I commit a mistake, others are ready to point over my work. This happens everytime.
