Queen Mother???

This is really a dumb question, but has she passed away or is she still alive? I have been wondering about this for awhile. I do not remember seeing anything about it if she has passed away, but I do not see anything about her either. I was born in England and then lived there again when I was 12 until I was sixteen. Anyone have any thoughts when the Queen may step down.

The Queen is still very much alive. I don't think she will ever step down until she isn't alive anymore. Even then I think she will still be the Queen. She seems like a very stubborn woman. LOL!

The queen mother died in 2002. At the age of 101! But I don't think her daughter will step down. I think the crown will pass to Charles with her death.
