Does weather affect your mood? Why? What to do to minimize the impact?

The weather doesn't effect my mood but it does a number on my sinuses. Have you ever noticed if rain or a front is coming in and you get a headache? I don't know what that happens but it happens all the time to me.

I think that the weather affects my mood. For instance, if it's cloudy, rainy day, chances are I don't feel like going out to class, or work, I feel like staying at home, ... Basically, I don't feel like doing anything. In my case, I do think that it does affect my mood and what I feel like doing with my day. It's certainly something that I've noticed in my mood and in my behavior.

It affects my moods. Im usually happy and everything in the summer but when it comes to being winter and it being dreary outside...I don't feel like myself. I get upset more easily and more people get on my nerves. I love when it rains but all I want to do is sleep when it does. I don't know why but I've always been this way. My sinus's don't like the weather change either.

yes the weather affects my mood. When it is cloudy alot or there is a bad cold spell in the winter I get moody to the piont alttle depressed! So winter is a bad season for me!

Oh my friend you could be considered lucky comparing to what I've got here, lol. These past few days are the same like today, rain and rain all day. Sometimes it's light rain or very light, and sometimes heavy, anyway it's wet everywhere.. I hate it because there's so many thing to do that can't be done because of rain. I guess I'm sensitive to weather and to minimize the impact I'll seek for doing the things that I enjoy, like reading or mylotting..^_^

Yes! Weather affects my mood and I'm starting to notice it more and more. I feel so much better on a warm and sunny day. When it is cold and dark I feel tired and because of that I get stressed. I also hate waking up before the sun comes up! It makes it soo hard to get up. To minimize the impact I listen to music! It really helps me feel more relaxed and happy!
