Is there something I am very curious about and some others might have a great answer and some may have wonderful tips...
Do you use everyday household items for more than what they are meant for... such as using toothpicks for more than just your teeth... maybe you have another use for them...
I am so anxious to hear what you may use around the house --any tips we can get are greatful!!!!

i'll start with the toothpicks. we also use them for cocktail food, usually with hotdog, pineapple tidbits and marshmallows.
i also use the feather duster as broom sometimes when i can't find my broom (and vice versa).
i can't think of anything else..

It's not exactly a household item, but I put tennis balls in my dryer. They're a lot cheaper than the dryer balls you can buy and they cut the drying time significantly so you're using less electricity and saving money.
