I had asthma as a child and I can feel for you. Air fresheners are a big no-no. I know have anxiety attacks which can act a lot like an asthma attack. A matter of fact I just had one. My anxiety attacks feature not being able to breath or get enough air so it Just freaks me out. Reminds me of the asthma attacks I would have as a child and I would end up in the ER getting a shot of adrenaline or what ever that stuff is. I still keep an inhaler around just in case it decided to come back. Maybe you should try to get your Doctor to prescribe you a spare so if you run out you have a back up.

I can use air freshners if the scent is mild, this one was too strong. Its the same with perfume.

Asthma attacks are terrible. I have had one where I thought it was the end of me. I am glad you are alright. Cheers!!
