| | My son is also allergic, he's allergic to milk and dairy products, chicken, tomato, dust etc.. and also cold weather. We don't have snow here, but rainy season. His symptoms are the same like yours, when occur I always drink him with warm water, rub his chest with eucaliptus oil, give his nose the breathy drops. And if it doesn't help I have no choice but to give him aerius syrup as the doctor said. | | | | | | |

| | hi to Hilia , i am bignik and live in italy what i would like to say is one of the most important factors in allergies and to reduce symptoms is a healthy lifestyle of living ,we need to throw away all the refined foods we use and adopt more vegetables and fruit nuts grains , and all in our power to change a lifestyle that is harming our organism , what i always ask is what do you eat during a day , and how long have you been eating this types of food , what exercise do you in a day, please ponder on these factors and take five minutes to write down what you eat and how many refined foods you intake a day , then multiply by 365 saluti from bignik ,ps please excuse my english | | | |

| | I sell a product through Herbalife that works wonders on the average seasonal allergies. I use this product everyday. I am originally from Pennsylvania and every spring I came down with the same symptoms as you to the point where all the sinus drainage ended up giving me an upper respiratory track infection. It wasn't till I discovered SCHIZANDRA PLUS that my symptoms completely stopped, really. I know it sounds unbelievable, but it works. As a Medical Assistant and Army Medic I suggest it to all my patients. It's all natural, as all Herbalife's products, but it is in a capsule form, so if it is just about taking pills you hate this won't be for you. But, if you would like, you can check it out at my store at www.shopherbalife.com/healthwerks under the heading "Product" and "Immune Solutions" and read up on it and decide for yourself if this may work for you. Your Friend, Dave | | | | | | |

| | Seasonal allergies kick my butt if I don't take Clariton. I've been trying to find home remedies or herbal remedies that work as well, but I haven't found any. I don't like taking pills either, but I don't like going through these symptoms even more! LOL | | | | | | |

| | hi Princessmel , i am bignik and i live in italy ,i would like to help you ,there is a very good site on healthy lifestyle, which they only use natural remedies but they also say that when it is necessary we must consult a doctor, this site explains how we get in the so called dumps, because it takes even many years to become heavily intoxicated by all we assimulate ,in the end we start to become allergic to different toxins and foods we intake and we think that to cure we need an antiallergic tab. but it is not so , we need to detoxify our organism with a healthy lifestyle, if we change our lifestyle habits gradualy we benefit in the most effective way possible , please think about this ,i will give you this site tomorow in your add comment please forgive my english it is not so good anymore, saluti from bignik sardinia italy | | | | | | |

| | hi again princess thanks for your reply but i know that sometimes the medical costs are enormous and my cousin who is far younger than me has a great allergy in the spring , doctors say he is allergic to pollen , so he went to a specialist and also he said he was allergic to pollen ,my aunt had to pay for the visit and she had a shock ,they asked her to pay 180 euros , and my poor cousin is still suffering with his spring allergy, and my aunt has now also developed an allergy towards specialists, and they said that my cousin is allergic to olive pollen , dam do you know that where we live we are surrounded by olive farms where can this poor boy go , so he also has to take dam medicine , thank goodness for the moment i dont have any allergies. saluti bignik from sardinia italy | | | |

| | I think I have allergies year-long. I use a nasal spray that kind of helps. It's OTC. Another thing you could probably due is make sure your place is nearly dust free and vacuum frequently. Hope this helps. | | | | | | |

| | I used to take Alavert for allergies. However, with my blood pressure meds I noticed it makes me loopy so I don't take it anymore. Generally I use homeopaths now. They are usually about the size of a baby aspirin and they dissolve under your tongue. Something highly reccomended is eating a teaspoon of honey from a local resource. It helps to desensitize you to the pollins and such in your area. Many people sware by it. However, I have sugar issues to so I instead do the homeopaths. | | | | | | |
