Dog left to starve and freeze

HI. I was watching the news last night, and there was this man who left his dog starve and freeze to death,and he admited to it. He said he moved and left the poor dog there. Well he only got a fine for 150.00 dollars. I could not believe that he only got so little of a fine, for doing such a cruel action on his dog. I think he should have got more than that.

It's so sad to hear that some people have absolutely no compassion for animals. I feel sorry that the government only asked for a small fine. Dogs should be treated better because they have as much right to live as us humans.

That sounds horrible. Some people just don't care about anything but themselves. This sickens me and I think he should of gotten more then a fine.
