Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage + upcoming  

I don't think it'll ever be a multiplayer game although that would be pretty awesome.

Nah V.A.T.S isn't a cheat, it's actually part of the game. Depending on your accuracy and your proficiency with either big guns, explosives, small guns, energy weapons or melee weapons you can gain some sweet criticals. You can use V.A.T.S with crappy stats, and you can hit but it won't cause much damage. It also depends on your weapons, a weapon in good condition has considerably more damage, and you have a better chance at criticals using V.A.T.S. Yeah you can make a custom weapon of each, some of the weapons though can only be obtained by interacting with various NPC's. Their are a lot of weapons out there that are actually pretty sweet, me i prefer Lincolns Repeater, Fat Man, Railway Rifle.

Depending on how high your speech is you could probably get a lot of good weapons, as well as some very nice weapon blueprints. The game has a lot of replay value, considering the hours of gameplay also since their are three updates coming, Operation Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel. With Broken Steel the level cap goes up from twenty to thirty. I definitely recommend Fallout 3, trust me it's well worth the money you spend. I am an avid RPG fanatic and I enjoyed this game.
