New To Mylot...Need Help

Hi there and welcome to myLot!

The first thing you should do is read the guidlines and rules which describe the way the site works and give you some information on what you're allowed to do or not to do. I would also warmly recommend that you read the FAQ which may help to answer questions that I'm sure you'll have. You can find plenty of information about the site by clicking "myLot" on the menu bar above (the last one, beside "earnings").

You also mentioned that you were interested in the earnings program, and you can find details about that by following the link I directed you to. I can sum it up basically though, by saying that on this site, your earnings depend on your activity and the quality of your posts. The amount of money you make is updated every 24 hours and your earnings per day can be viewed through the "earnings" page. There is no specific amount of the money you make per day (i.e. there is no specified amount for starting a discussion, responding to one, etc) - just remember to post high quality responses consistently.

just keep on responding to discussions. The more interests you have, the more you can respond to discussions. Just keep posting everyday. Make at least 10-20 posts per day. Your earnings will be updated every 24 hours so the next day you viewed your mylot account, you will see your earnings. You can also unlock some things when you reach a certain number of posts that you posted. Just ask someone who has made at least 1000 posts to know what you can unlock. Just follow my advice, keep posting here everyday. Try not to miss a single day without posting any posts here. Hehehehe... Happy mylotting!!!

All you need to do is to respond to already started discussion and also start your own discussions as much possible.

More you write, more you will earn. On top of site, it shows your earnings. You can write more and the earnings will go up. If you want to earn quicker from mylot, try writing long responses and also of good quality.

here are some simple earning tips,

you can try an experiment and afterward you can give me a PM what was the best for you

First day: Post 80 one line responses/discussions
Second day: Post 20 full four lines responses/discussions
Third day: Post 10 full eight lines responses/discussions

100 points

When you do this you will reach the first "bonus" by tomorrow. It will be with reaching 100 points, from this moment on you will see a star on the left side of your nickname. It will show a number between 1 and 10. The higher the number, the better for you and your earnings.
It's the rating that other users give us for our responses and our started discussions,the comments to these discussions and for uploaded pictures to discussions.

200 points

When you reach 200 points you are able to use the smileys in the myLot code.
You already can use the bold, italic and underline functions.


500 points

When you reach 500 points you can post pictures to each responses and to each comment you make in myLot.
At the moment you can only post these pictures to your own discussions or to the interests (click on an interest and there you will see on the right side an "upload picture link"), you earn for this also money.

Help others and you'll get help from them
Add some more friends to your friends list

This will give you more exposure for your own discussions. Add friends from the responses to your own discussions because they have been helpful for you and it's likely they will help you again.
Try to take part in their discussions, too, you can see their discussions in the discussion menu -> friends started or when you click on "home" there is a sortie which shows you the last 10 started discussions from your friends.
