In every stage of my life I have a set of friends who I keep until now. We may not see each other nor talk to each other regularly but when occassions do arise when we need to reunite, it is as though we have not lost the closeness. I have my grade school/high school friends, my college friends, my office friends, my community friends, and my neighborhood friends. How do you maintain the ties with your friends?

Hey, i was just thinking of a topic similar to this yesterday! Well, in my generation where the postal system was the only means to send a letter or a greeting card and in this age where cellphones and computers are ordinary parts of our lives, what really links us are the good times we shared in the past -- the memories that still make us smile until now...

We may belong to the same generation. But yes, happy memories or even the trials and triumphs shared are thoughts that can make the bond alive. It's always nice to have a common topic whenever we meet our friends.

Communication is really important if we wanna keep our old friends. Its really great that we have lots of ways now to keep in touch with them, like, by calling them over the phone...texting them, chatting with them .

Its very hard to maintain the ties with your friend. but todays era of communication and internet its very easy to maintain bonding with your old friends. I keep it touch with my college, office and area friend thru social sites. I dont remember my school friends because during our schooling there was no boom in technlogy. So net is the best to keep in touch with your existing and old friends. Happy FriendLotting!
