Harbin is in northeast part of China, famous for its annual ice sculpture festival.
It is also known for its beer, architecture and fashion, with russian culture influence decades ago. This magic place is attracting people from all of the country, and students from taiwan and HK.
Have you been to any ice sculpture festivals?

I agree with you. Actually Harbin is a place I really want to go. I like the snow, but on the other hand I am afraid of the cold weather. It's a dilemma. I have seen some photos about the ice sculpture in Harbin and it's quite beautiful.
I love China
