Friends for Fitness - Achievements 11/09/06

When dieting, it is important to recognize your achievements and accomplishments, no matter HOW SMALL. My achievement for today is I went for a walk on my lunch break. It has been MONTHS since I've done this, maybe July, and I was going every day for awhile, then I got lazy and stopped (that and I was swamped with school). I have a pedometer my sister gave me for Christmas last year, and I walked 2412 aerobic steps, which was 20 minutes, I walked almost a mile (0.94), and burned 91 kcals. What have you accomplished today as far as your fitness goals go?
