This is true. Your first minimum payout is $2, but after each cashout you receive, it increases by one dollar until it becomes $10 and this is where it will stay.

i think that is completely untrue i have been in neo bux but i havent seen it anywhere.the minimum payout is 2$ and after that it increases that is not possible it is there that sometimes payout increases to 3$ but this one i dont know.i havent reached my payout in neo bux that is why i cannot help you with my experience i hope that other people help you out.

Yaa the payout in the newbux site is diffrent from the every payout.. for the first payout.. you will have to earn 2 dollor and for nexr you have to earn 3 dollor .. then you have to ran four,,, then five.. until you reach 10 doloor for minimun payout.. after then it should constable for payout.. So after payout.. everytime its diffcult to recive the next payout everytime..
