yeah this is an oldie but lately i have been reminded about how my movie tastes are different than others and it reminded me about this movie (very bad things) that is a dark comedy that i LOVED!! its hilarious!! but i like told my boss to watch it and she was horrified at it and thought i was seriously demented for thinking it was funny lol..
any one remember this movie? did you like it or was it horrifying to you?? i have a twisted sense of humor some times lol

It looks like it could be good.
Christian Slater is very good at dark comedy.
I will have to keep that movie in mind.

| |  I had not even heard of this movie until you mentioned it, magik. After getting notification of your discussion, I googled it and it looks hilarious. I love dark comedy. Yeah, perhaps you do need to be a little twisted but, since I loved things like Scary Movie 3.5, Hot Fuzz and Weekend at Bernie's, it is probably right up my alley. Besides, it already has something going for it since I think Cameron Diaz is fantastic and like Christian Slater movies too. This is one I am going to look out for to rent.

i tried watching hot fuzz but couldnt get into it.. and sadly i have yet to see weekend at bernies lol.. i wasnt allowed to watch much growing up and when i was old enough it was already old i kept passing it for something newer etc.. one day i need to make myself watch it just because its one of those movies you just need to have seen once lol | | | |

| | Weekend at Bernie's is really dated now but, (I thought) it was really funny. The situations these guys put Bernie's dead body in are cringe-worthy but hilarious to the sick-minded. Hot Fuzz got off to a slow start but is worth sticking with. Have you watched Scary Movie 3.5? It is similar to other spoofs of movies aka Lesley Neilson "Top Gun" type stuff but with the sci-fi feel. Haven't hired a movie for ages but I'll definitely be looking for Very Bad Things. We probably have the same sick sort of sense of humour. | | | |
