Do you often snap at your family members?

Do you often snap at them when you're in a bad mood or when you're frustrated.
Well, i'm ashamed to say that i snap at my mum whenever i'm pissed with school work or some group mates of if i'm just moody.
I feel very bad after that.
So do you? Are you like me?
I have not much patience towards my family members. Which is not good.

Everyone has moments like that. I sometimes get short with my daughter. Yes I do feel bad after. What is important is that we let those we love know they are important to us. And to have the ability to apologize and mean it.
