Survivor - First episode - pretty good!  |

 It was rather good last night for the first episode! I just love those ariel views and picture shots - the landscape and scenery is just so amazing in those far off places! Just beautiful!
That was rather cool that the twist was in the words! The preveiw made us think that htey were going to vote of 2 people right there based on first impressions.. and that is what they castaaways thought they were doing... but turns out, those 2 that got voted for didn't have to make the horendous treck to the camp site... instead taking a helio ride there and the chance to find an immunity idol!
Then turns out when they could vote someone off.. they changed their minds and didn't vote that same person off!!!
I still just don't understand why the women are always dressed in next to nothing with everything falling out of the top and bottom - lot of "blurred" spots last night! And from the previews.. many more to come. Just dont know why they don't ate least put on a tshirt and shorts! instead of a speghetti strap slinky dress!

I think that Tyson said that his role model was Johnny Fairplay. And that he is modeling his game after him. So, yeah. And Jeff said in pre-game interviews that Tyson is the "villain" of the season. Although I think that "Coach" Ben is supposed to be, too.

| 2. _soonernation_ (765) | 11 months ago |  I really thought last night was good. But, aren't they all? I almost forgot it was coming on and missed the first couple of minutes. When Jeff told them that one member from each tribe would not be making the long trek, I knew there was a twist that was not what they wanted us to think. I didn't guess helicopter, but thought they'd get to ride that big truck to the camp. I'm not sure how I'd react, but I thought maybe they shouldn't have shown so much anger. But then again, I didn't think they were going home. Then, when the 'old lady' got to camp and decided to look for the idol instead of starting the camp. And as soon as she started talking I though, this lady ain't gonna find anything. If she doesn't just drive everyone crazy, she might go a long way. She seems to work hard, and she's not threatening. In the other camp, I can't really see anyone standing out too much or doing all that bad. And I agree; I've always wondered why the girls don't dress more appropriately knowing what kind of environment and challenges they'll face. Surely it wouldn't be too much to wear a tank and shorts.
This season looks very promising and I can't wait for all the twists that are sure to come. I mean, if they are willing to throw one in right off the bat, they should have plenty more to come.

I thought it was quite interesting that after they all voted for her in the first place, that they all kind of "ate their words" and didn't vote for her at tribal! Is that first first "cool" thing ever to happen on Survivor!??!?!? Lol... just not used to seeing anything intelligent happening! | |

As for the clothing I watch many reality shows and it can get pretty bad but these people are doing physical activities you would think they would be smarter then that.
