Just look for topics that interest you and respond. The more you type the better. You do earn a little bit for everything you do but longer responses will help you earn more. Rating discussions and replies is also good. You just do that by clicking the little plus or minus symbol. You will get the hang of it and it can be addicting.

You can even start a new discussion. U can rate the discussions and +, - too.
