Did you take any vaccinations when pregnant ??

Well did the doctor recommend any vaccinations for u when u were pregnant. I would like to know which one u took friends. well in SIngapore they dont put the Tetanus injection it seems, but in India they do that. so i want to knw if anyone has taken such vaccinations. do u knw y they take that.

nope I don't remember me taking any vaccination during the pregnancy. I just took the pre-natal vitamin supplements, that too I was carrying twins, thats why my gyn asked me to take it. Other than that I did pretty well during pregnancy, touch wood...

wow... I didn't know that. thats why my mother in law was repeatedly asking me about the shots. I told her that the doctor said there is no shot now. But she didn't listen.

hey i think in US laan since it is pretty safe and cleaner they dont give. same here in singapore also. but in india it seems they have to put the tetanus injection. tht is y i have to put it if i go there. well good tht u dint have to .

Hello there buzzmehere... When i was pregnant, i remembered i took Tetanus toxoide 1,2 and 3.. i think tetanus toxoide is for the child to protect against infection and protection for the mothers too..

I got two vaccinations when I was preggnant. First vaccination I got when I was in 5th month of pregnancy.Second one I got when I was in 8th month of pregnancy. Both vaccination is for tetanus.

well tht is wht i heard in india they have tetanus vaccinations. so I may have to put if i have my delivery in india. thanks for replying friend

I had to have my flu shot when pregnant. They recommend it around here. Also i had a rhogram shot. I am sure alot of you'll know what that is.

well i have never heard abt tht. i knew only abt tetanus. shud find out abt rhogram , i have never heard abt it. thanks for the reply friend

i think every one should proper vaccination at the time of pragnancy because under Dr. consultation every think goes proper and very accurate. they understand the need of proper care while pregnancy. i am single now but will support vaccination process.

while I was 32 weeks pregnant, I had a bad fall down stairs at a train station. I went to the doctors for a doctors certificate and the doctor decided to give me a tetanus injection. Now I know that I will need a booster because the child that I have is 9 years old and I will need the booster at the end of this year.

oh that was really bad. oh so u had to have the tetanus injection. i think it is to avoid infections right. well i m not sure abt it. well i m yet to confirm with my doctor about it. anyways. thanks for responding friend.
