So I don't really get where the name comes from. Maybe you can help clarify this for me. I heard some pagans in my group call wiccans fluffy bunnies. I can't help to wonder what in the world that means lol. Maybe its that they shun and idea of darkness? I don't know lol help?

Fluffy bunnies of fluff bunnies are those people that are crazy wiccans that really aren't wiccan but say they are and that hold really strange beliefs about the Pagan religion and faith. These people normally say all sorts of crazy things and claim all sorts of crazy things and it usually occurs about a few days after they pick up a book on Paganism. I'm not sure where the term originated but I've been hearing the term since about 1999.

It originated from someone who was not an example of the religion but a know-it-all who wanted everyone to think he was the best...there is no such thing as crazy wiccans, these are beginners that need an example to follow

The term "fluffy bunnies" makes me laugh. The ones that say this were fluffy bunnies too. When you first start to learn you know nothing. There is nothing of knowledge you are born with. You have to be taught and you study. No one is born knowint it all and no one will ever get to that point as everyday is a learning experience. My reply when I hear that term as I am an Ordained High Priestess is " You laugh at the beginners and their questions, how would you have liked people to treat you the way you are treating them and what are you teaching them? Instead of teaching them with knowledge, you are showing them an unfeeling person who thinks they know it all. Being with knowledge make you a nothing...its what you do with that knowledge that counts. Instead of laughing at them be a guide and an example."
