Adios Max pills along with the cabbage soup diet, will it work?

I bought Adios Max yesterday and I started taking them straight away, they say to be 120mg of fucus which is= of having the runs but I dont feel any effects yet, so this morning I was looking trough some fad diets and the most famous and effective like is the cabbage soup diet or most known by the name of the sacred heart soup. So I though I will give it a go as from today. I have to follow it by the strict book for 7 days and in addition to that I will have my Adios Max pills which are in a very bright pink container, I have never tried fad diets but Im willing to give this a go and loose something like 10 lbs in a week(thats the promise) oh I also I attend to full impact aerobics classes 3 times a weeks, so thats a bonus, I will keep you updated of my success or failure. In case of me failing on this one, does anyone know of a calorie controlled diet or any other fad diet that has work for you?
