| | There really isn't too much you can do, except to cook over even heat and stir your food a lot. When you are finished cooking, pour some apple cider vinegar in the pan and scrub it with steel wool or a green scrubbing pad. This should remove anything that has cooked onto your pan. | | | | | | |

| | Won't scrubbing damage the smooth surface and make it even stickier? I'm already using a nice glass top electric for what I assume is even heat. apple cider vinegar, hhmmm. | | | |

| | I have the same problem with stainless steel. It seems like once something burns and sticks no matter what we clean it with everything we cook sticks again. I notice someone mentioned apple cider vinegar so I will try that. Afterall the price is right. | | | | | | |

| | I learned from a coworker that the stove wasn't hot enough. I got the skillet really hot and cooked a steak and it didn't stick. Yippee. He told me the high heat caused the pores of the metal to shrink. I don't know if that's right or not, but it did work. | | | |

| | Let your wife cook. Seriously, I don't think you're letting the pan get hot enough before you put the food in. | | | | | | |

| | His wife doesn't have any better luck with stainless either... Have you heard of those scanpans? They're coated with titanium and they're the best nonstick pan out there. I want one on the worst way but they're over a hundred bucks a pan...sheesh.... | | | |

| | Nope, I don't use anything that's "coated" with anything. I use stainless and my good old reliable Griswald cast iron. | | | |

| | All while growing up, we only had Cast Iron. My mom wouldn't let us wash them in the dishwasher. | | | |

| | You can put them in the dishwasher as long as you take them out right away. They get rusty that's all. If they get rusty all you have to do is smear some grease all over it and put in the oven while you bake something. You could run a truck over um. | | | |
