And none worked. i read the atkins diet book and tried it. I still cant belv. how easy it was for me to lose 29 lbs. in 3 months, and ive learned from the book to keep it off. Girl, go to your library and check it out. it does work. And it wasnt stressful at all. good luck to you you can do it, i did. maria

I AM DONE!IF YOU STOP EATING AND JUST HAVE SOMETHING TO DRINK...WATER IS BEST BECAUSE DIET DRINKS WILL HELP KEEP THE WEIGHT ON!!. I HAVE LOST ABOUT 43 POUNDS IN THE LAST 16MONTHS!!! I FEEL GREAT BECAUSE I DO NOT DEPRIVE MYSELF OF CANDY, DESERTS, CARBS, STARCHES, ECT. MY MAIN CONCERN IS FOOD WITH CHOLOSTERAL IN IT...SO I EAT JUST MAYBE 5-6 FRENCH FRIES!!! THIS WAS VERY HARD TO DO AT FIRST..BUT NOW I CAN HAVE JUST A FEW AND BE SATISIFIED...STILL WANTING MORE BUT I DON'T KEEP EATING. JUST GIVE IT A TRY. NO CLUBS TO JOIN, NO DIET FOOD TO BUY. AND YOU CAN EAT WITHOUT MAKING IT SO NOTICEABLY THAT YOU ARE DIETING...UNTIL THE WEIGHT STARTS COMING OFF AND YOU WILL GET NOTICED THEN...TRUST ME... YOU WILL - IT DID HAPPENED TO ME. | refinery2809 (93) | 4 years ago | I want to lose weight kind of for the same reason you did. I can bend over to tie my shoes but when i bend over it takes me about 15 minutes to recooperate. I get mad if i drop something on the floor at work and have to pick it up. it is embarrassing when i start huffing and puffing just to bend over. I have started by eating more protien, less carb. and i want to start walking. exercise is the hard part. I obviously have more money than will power. I have been paying $60 per month for a gym that i do not use. Pathetic eh!!

The main things I have done are: Cutting my meals (especially meat) down by half, delivering junk mail thus walking a fair bit, cut right down on alcohol and soft drinks. The main thing is do not deprive yourself of everything completely. If you feel like some chocolate, have some. I always find if you deprive yourself of things you just want them more and end up getting depressed and eating twice as much!Hope this helps and Good luck. Keep us up to date of how you're going.

Perhaps you could try to eat more slowly, and maybe for every bite you take have a sip or two of water, at least then, you should fill fuller from the water and you will also finish eating the same time as others.
