Should police officers wear traditional outfits like hijab?  

Why does their uniform have to be religious if the people aren't? Are they not simply civil servants of the government doing their jobs? therefore aren't their jobs more related to the government and laws of the land rather than people's beliefs in God... also must say i've rarely ever heard of a muslim traditional dress as an official uniform, its a split infinitive of their purpose.

If the person's religion beliefs is wearing a hijab, then yes, they should be able to wear hijab at work. They should not be told no you can't. What the department can do, is have an official one they can purchase and use. This would be the only one they can wear. It would be smaller then normal and tucked in, so that way they won't get hurt and it won't get pulled by anything.
