Telkomsel Flash - Have you had any problem with this product?

just want to know if there's any of you use this product to connect to the internet.
and wonder if there's complain address to the services.
Please share your experience during surfing using the Flash.

now iam using telkomsel flash..
i really like it even if i was given question, am i satisfied?? i only say with percent, i only satisfied 75 percent..
sometimes the connection especially when the worst weather, the connection speed suddenly decreased..
it`s long time discussion but i think it always update for our situation now so i decide for responding here..
i do hope you had ever seen too my respond here..
