| |  I haven't heard that Latvia would have its own lucky number. I agree with number 7, it counts as lucky in whole world, including my country. on 7.07.2007. was a record of done marriages! As you already said, number 7 is features in many things in the world which might mean that many years ago people assumed this number as lucky. Would like to know the reason!
For me personally, I love number 4. I used to be good at sports and all my numbers for running long distances included this number. It meant a luck for me.
