table tennis

I've played for fun with my nephew, and then with my friends at school. It is pretty hard to keep the ball going, and when someone misses the ball, you're going to get a workout walking to wherever it landed and then having to keep bending over to pick it up. It sounds like nothing, until you've played for hours... especially if the table is in a wide open space, where the ball can go flying 30 feet away:P

I love playing it, though. It's fun, and I like how quick you have to be and how much focus it takes to keep the ball in motion:) Now, I kind of wish I had access to one... Oh, and a friend to play with would be good, but it's 6am here:P
