What is the amount of water one must consume per day for good health? Is it necessary to drink water or any other liquid like soft drnks, juice will also be effective same as water?

I've heard differant things, like 8-10 glasses or until your urine is clear, but how much water is needed really depends on the individual, their activity level, their body chemistry, their metabolism, and a thousand other factors. Juice can provide vitamins and nutrients, but it doesn't hydrate the body in the same way as water does, and caffenated soft drinks will dehydrate you (especially if you drink them all day as your only source of fluid).

8 glass of water is good enough for the whole day. Juice doesn't hydrate well as water.

for good health, we have to consume water minimum 2-3 litre in a day. but that's depending of our activity, if someone have a great activity the water which they need is more than 3 litre. the function of water is to substitute all of liquid that go out from our body. drink a soft drink is not good for our health it can be disturb the function of our kidney, the good water we should to drink is white water.juice is good for increase the fibre in our body, it's needed by our body too
