After All that Happened Gaza- who is to Blame for the Mayhem there?

I saw the destruction in Gaza and now the guns and bmbs are silent. Sometime I wonder who gains from causing such serious loss of lives and property. Who must take the blame in this recent wave fighting in Gaza? Hamas or Isrelis?
