Streaming music on iTunes/Winamp

I have set up a couple of stations through Jango.com and I really like them. They play endlessly for free whereas other similar sites will only play ten or twenty songs before quitting. Some will play more if you pay but I already have enough to pay for, I don't need to pay for my "radio" too.
The problem is that you have to have a browser window open and be signed into the Jango website for it to play and I can't do that at work. I have a DSL connection that I can use for "work-related" stuff but listening to music would be playing even if it's just running in the background while I'm working (my boss has some strange ideas). I can play CDs on iTunes on the computer but I'd like to be able to just link up iTunes to a free internet radio site, like Jango, and listen to that while I'm working.
Does anyone know of any sites I can do that with? Or am I making any sense? A continuously streaming, user-created internet "radio" station that will play through iTunes (or Winamp, which I have on my home computer) just by typing in the URL.
HELP!
