My vet is screwing up my order from 1800PETMEDS!

i had this problem before with another vet in a different town.. they would refuse to tell them anything to where they cant fill my order.. but i have a great vet now and figured i would try again. well i ordered the flea/heartworm stuff they have now that is a spot treatment for both cats and my dog and my vet is refusing to give out my info unless i come to their office for a paid visit to give the vet alloted time to "write" out my prescription!! they just have to call it in! at first i thought maybe they wanted the cats to be tested for heart worms but they just let me buy the stuff the very last visit which wasnt even a month ago!
anyone else have their vets be a pain over this website? 1800petmeds gave me this threatening letter to fax to them which im not gonna do.. and now because of the delay i wont get my pets meds on time!! im so mad!

Well,Sounds like your vet isnt so great after all...Escpecioally when u he wants you to come in for a PAID visit.. I would just order the ftuff offline myself and If i couldnt pets smart might sell it..
Knowing me,lol i would send them that darn fax letter just because i would be frustrated.. theres no reason he cant take 5 minutes out of his day just to over the phone or online put in alittle information..
Sounds to me that Veterinary work is his JOB not what he LOVES..
Or maby not,because this did happen at another clinic...hmmm Yea i would deifantly be frustrated!.lol

well im totally confused because i kept getting a call from a number i didnt recognize on my cell so i didnt answer friday.. well i looked it up and it matched the vets number they used to call my home phone once but he never left a message so i dont know if he changed his mind or what..
its a clinic so there are several docs and nurses and they float between 3 different places.. and they really are always psycho busy but still i think its petty..
gonna see if they call tomorrow and make sure to answer this time.. why people cant leave freaking messages is BEYOND me!

I think the more and more I hear about vets the more and more I find they are just a bunch of crooks.

i know!! and i really like this vet because they do awesome care for WAY cheaper than anyone else so i dont wanna just change because this is making me mad but its insane to try to sabotage some ones order with some one!
